They delivered the wrong order on Valentine's Day and have a poor excuse for a customer service team! They gave me a nicer bouquet plus the wrong card. At first they weren't going to correct the problem until my boyfriend had to force them too (their excuse was that "they are human" so they shouldn't have to make up for their error).
