History Established in 2014. Kevin Smith opened the doors to Railway Barbershop in September 2014. After cutting hair overseas while in the Military and a year in Cleveland at All State Barber College, Kevin went to work for a Barber Shop in Amherst Ohio. Three Years after that Kevin decided to open a shop in Avon. Being a Military Veteran, Kevin offers a Veteran Discounted Haircut as a "Thank you for your Service."
