well when an employee asks to get transferred to a location closer to home due to having a kid and the employee ends u pl getting 4 shifts taken away and counting. I've called almost everyone in the company for help but am being ignored. that's not a good way to run a company

Company had some good management and poor management, it depended on their prior experience and background for how well they lead within the site. The job satisfaction depends on if you got a good supervisor and what you made of the experience. The job paid very well for the site I worked on and shifts were fair. It was a good company to start in, to gain experience in the rail industry, before moving on to a class 1 Rail employer.

They are okay to work for. The pay isnt the best and the person that does pay role messes up frequently. Our supervisor was nice but the environment in our site was horrible. The best things that came out of that job is the few guys i worked with that were good people. We had 5 on 5 off so days off weren't to bad.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. They don't care about anything unless it's doing them good.
