Nice store but hardly any men’s stuff. The men’s stuff they have are all very small. Waste of time coming here. Better to go online.
Truly incredible customer service, Debbie the asst. manager resolved a mistake I made with my order right away. The whole process was so seamless and very friendly staff here. Hands on personal customer support is so hard to come by nowadays. Highly recommend working with her!
I bought a bomber jacket from here a couple years ago. I loved the jacket, and wore it on nights out, but the zipper broke. I took it back in, hoping Rails would do right by the customer due to shoddy workmanship, but unfortunately they simply said it was out of warranty and didn’t do anything for me. Poor durability for the money.
I've found it's dangerous to be wandering on Hayes St to kill time before a performance. I always end up buying some clothes. This time it was a great jacket with interesting details like blanket stitched borders on the lapels and the Peter Pan collar Tiffany, the sales associate, was so helpful, unobtrusive, and patient. My new credit card was declined by Barclays because of their security procedures with new cards and I eventually just gave up and used another card.
