I came by visiting the city from the West Coast & noticed a cute boutique so I decided to check it out. I walked in & was greeted by the two workers & the typical “let us know if you need any help” saying. I thanked them & walked around slowly as my boyfriend sat down. Gloria is the greatest sales associate I have ever met! Kind, knowledgable, professional, and so sweet! This was my first time shopping at Rails and will be back. Her customer service is the best it gets.
Staff is lovely!! and the quality is worth the price tag. All their clothes are made from real authentic fabric and not polyester. Was especially impressed with their linen sets, Extremely difficult to come around 100% linen here. I am impressed.
