The room was filthy. There were live bugs in the room and it smelled. The customer service was horrible. I left the property. They refused my refund. Don't STAY THERE
Our room was not fit to stay in. It was filthy, the air conditioner did not work and it smelled awful! This place should be shut down! We did not stay but they still charged us, my husband went in to check out the room and we immediately turned in the physical key and left! DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give it negative stars I would! REFUND OUR MONEY!
