The garage door needed aligning and some new springs. I called Railroad Garage Doors, and the technician came the next day! It took about an hour to fix everything because my guy is super quick at what he does. I'm pleased with his workmanship too-and also made sure that we were on good terms throughout this process by being communicative, which makes me feel safe since there are no mistakes or anything.
My dad had been having trouble with his garage door for some time now, but it was when we called them did things take off! The technician, Joe, came out on the same day as my appointment. Even though he didn't have all of our spring needs right there at first glance (who does?), he tried an alternative course that succeeded in fixing what needed to be fixed without any problems from start to finish - talk about making sure clients are happy!! I called Railroad Garage Doors, and the technician came the next day! The springs needed replacing, but after an hour of work on it with his excellent communication throughout, we were all done in time for me to go out with friends tonight- I couldn't have asked for more from this guy or better service!! I've never seen a garage door that could move so smoothly.
The guy from Railroad Garage Doors who changed my garage door was friendly, helpful, and informative. He made sure to run things through with me even though I knew what they would be doing because it's always nice when someone goes out of their way like that! Plus, he has this incredible sense of humor too-I could tell right away we were going be friends after just one conversation ;-) The new opener works excellently now -no more noisy old chain-driven system or breaking down anymore.
