On Sept 17, 2018 driving a Railroad Construction SUV, Amy Larocco, drove aggressively with rage and deliberately hit my car hitting the side where my one year old sits. Luckily, she hit the front side near the hood. She proceeded to leave the site of the accident and sped through several city streets as I chased her consistently blowing my horn.
