I met with their leasing agent and was told I was at the top of the list for their 2-bed apartment. They signed that apartment away without letting me know it was available. Their leasing agent then stood us up at our appointment to tour. Haven’t heard back from them since. Don’t waste your time.
Great location for school and coffee! The staff, Niki and Amber, were super nice, helpful, and responsive!
I have had a great experience working with Amber and Niki. They were able to answer all of my questions and gave good information on the apartment complex since I was applying from out of state.
I rented an apartment several months ago at Railhead for my sons--one who attends Gonzaga and one who works downtown. The Douglass Properties staff (Amber & Niki) were very helpful and professional in the assisting us with the lease process. The location is ideal for anyone attending GU, as well as for anyone who has to commute downtown for work. Overall, my sons have both been very satisfied with the apartment and I was impressed by the courteous assistance of the staff.
