Let's start from the beginning: We rented "Simply Divine," in Deep Creek, Maryland for a family snowboarding trip. Upon arrival steps were coated with 6" of snow and ice- not okay for an infant, pregnant woman and grandparents. The code would not work to access the townhome. I have been renting a cabin through Railey for the past 4 years with no problem until recently. I rented a cabin for a large group ski weekend and spent about $3,000 peak rate for two nights. Upon check-in, the hot tub circuit breaker had tripped and there was ice floating in the hot tub. I called maintenance immediately and they sent somebody out to look at it. They were unable to fix the hot tub. I was contacted by management and they suggested compensation of $150 for a main amenity of the house being unusable. The man... read more

We stayed at Sheba’s Hideaway and it was a beautiful and spacious house overlooking the creek. No one felt cramped up and we could all be in a room together. It was 8 of us and we had four king size master bedrooms with comfy beds to enjoy. The basement houses another closed off room that can be used as a 5th bedroom just without the bed set. We had a lovely weekend at the Wilderness Lodge property. The house was very clean and everything was as advertised. Working with the staff before our stay was very pleasant and everyone treated us like family. We enjoyed skiing at Wisp during the day and in the evenings we utilized the spacious home to enjoy our friends and family. Thank you very much Railey Mountain Lake Vacations for helping us make a very memorable weekend.

wish I could post pictures. Do not rent from this company and do not rent overlook pass villa748 4c. From totally beat up walls, falling down siding, falling down wallpaper, moldy shower curtains and baseboards, broken bathroom doors that don’t shut, food garbage left, missing screens, and more- very very poorly cared for property that none of this is apparent from their pictures.
