Update: This review got someone's attention and subsequent response has been good. Paul has worked to help get the products shipped to me, and to resolve some technical problems that were preventing communication from getting through. Thanks Paul. The products have been good. But twice I have now ordered products that were in stock when ordered but then turned out to be out of stock after the order is placed. The products have been good. But twice I have now ordered products that were in stock when ordered but then turned out to be out of stock after the order is placed. Four emails and product enquiries through the website have not been answered. I phoned, the rep said he would look into it and email me same day, no email, no update no shipping notification, no more trust. Good product, poor communication and customer service, website doesn't work right.
