This place sucks. Customer service despicable. Rude to clients. Tax appeal denied. Find attorneys that know the business.
The standard rate is 30%. Raila charges 40% which seems greedy. Why rip people off for an automated process? I do not consider this real legal work.
I’ve been working with April to help us with our tax appeal on our apartment building. She takes the time to follow up on outstanding items she needs to complete the appeal. We were able to save over $2k in taxes on our commercial building for 1 year. I’ll be using them again and will give it a shot on our residential building.
