RecommendedI love the feel and the look of the space. I was greeted by friendly staff and able to work in a private office while still having access to snacks and use of open spaces if necessary. This will be a great space to host an event or work daily.
We hosted an event at the Rail Yard for 100+ philanthropists from around the world. Everyone loved the space! The venue was perfect, the staff helpful and the event was a success!
This is a BEAUTIFUL space and has a wonderful atmosphere! If you have the need for office space, Phil Perry has a really great thing going here with a shared general space and private offices. If you’re looking to do an indoor small or medium event, this is a great space to do so...near downtown, free parking, screens, sounds, tables, chairs and beautifully decorated! I’m a big fan of Rail Yard! If you haven’t seen it, you should!

Rail Yard is a great place for community events. I enjoy the welcoming comfortable space, that is pleasing to the eye. I usually can get a good parking place too. It's my TEDx Tucson home.
We held an event for Independent Film Arizona at Rail Yard, and the venue was perfect. The entire vibe is professional, cool and it impressed our members who attended. They are well set up with audio visual equipment and all the facilities we needed. The space was clean and beautiful. I'd highly recommend Rail Yard for anyone wanting a great venue for your event!
