I purchased a set of tires online with the expectation that they were great. I had my wife drop them and my truck off. I had them mount and balance these tires, as well as align my truck. Granted it was about 3:30pm on a Thursday so they probably wanted to go home. My wife picked it up (after paying), and she called me to let me know that “these tires are horrible”. we just left. charged us $80 to change 3 tires. after waiting for three hours, three tires were missing a lug nut, tires were not aired up properly, and they tried to keep our tires after we requested to put them in the back. 2/10 would not recommend.

Poor customer service. No acknowledgement of customer waiting patiently at the service counter. 4 hours to plug a tire that was already removed from the vehicle. Did not place cap back on wheel. Placed spare in back of vehicle instead of under the vehicle. Would never recommend raider tire ever again.
