Caring and explaining everything I didn’t understand.
I didn’t ask why the deep brain testing was needed! It also took almost 4 months to get it scheduled, and another 3 months to follow-up with Dr Ossi. Now I’ve been out of work over 10 months and don’t know what he saw in the tests that would warrant this amount of time. I’m feeling great!
The receptionist got me in to see Dr. 0ssi the next day I had an appointment in November for a visit but I couldn't wait. Dr. Ossi explained different options I had. Come back in 3 months or sooner if I need to.
Dr.Ossi and his students were excellent very understanding and funny! They made me very comfortable.
Dr Ossi was great ! He lets you explain what’s going on and responds to every part of your situation. He also breaks down neurology terms if he use them to make sure you understand what he is saying. All in all he makes you feel heard and makes sure you leave with a clear understanding. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
