We've had car insurance with this company for almost three years. Last year, in October 2024, we also got our home insurance from them, and three months later, our house suffered an ice damage. We called our insurance company and informed them, and our insurance representative, Mr. Fatih Cetin, took care of us during this time. Garbage
Terrible service I tried to update my info for my renewal the agent didn’t replay for 4 months and when I call the office they response was very rude.
Jimmy Du, the person who was in charge of dealing with my liability insurance application doesn’t reply to your emails or phone messages even though they know it was urgent. And whenever I call the person, he’s either not in office or it goes to his voicemail….he’s constantly ‘stepped away from his desk or on another call’ and permanently unavailable. Poor service.
