Terrible service I tried to update my info for my renewal the agent didn’t replay for 4 months and when I call the office they response was very rude.
Jimmy Du, the person who was in charge of dealing with my liability insurance application doesn’t reply to your emails or phone messages even though they know it was urgent. And whenever I call the person, he’s either not in office or it goes to his voicemail….he’s constantly ‘stepped away from his desk or on another call’ and permanently unavailable. Poor service.
Broker Gian does not respond and when you text or email him he lets you know that he doesn’t work for you and doesn’t need to reply till he wants to. It’s been 3 days and he tells me to go contact another brokerage. Unreal customer service by him. Wouldn’t recommend Gian as your agent.
SCAM! I was told by Paolo I was insured, I drove over the States thinking that I had my insurance active after signing the application. I went to Service Ontario on Friday (after a week I’ve signed my application) they typed all my information into the system and guess what?I didn’t have any active car insurance. I was lucky I wasn’t stop by the police or involved in any accident.
