I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with this flower shop. I placed my order for a local flower delivery three days in advance. On the day of the delivery, I started calling around 10:00 a.m. to confirm the delivery time. Every time I called, I was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. Horrible service. My son ordered flowers for me from this establishment for Mother’s Day, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Not only was the delivery late, but the wrong flowers were delivered as well. When I contacted the owner, instead of focusing on resolving the issue and providing quality customer service, he spoke at length about drivers who had worked for him for 20 years. Flowers were absolutely stupendous Owner was a down to earth individual I ordered a funeral piece for one of my loved ones and the owner help me decide through and make it a easy process it was delivered on time and was put together perfectly. Would order again
