I visited Dr. Rahul Modi this week and found him highly professional. He listened to me carefully and has been very attentive and considerate. It has been a seamless experience visiting this place from Reception to Nurse’s office. My thanks to the doctor and his staff for being very receptive and kind.

I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional and rude doctor in my life. My family members have seen this so-called doctor multiple times, and every visit has been a terrible experience. He treated my 75-year-old father like a child, speaking to him in a demeaning and commanding tone with zero respect. My mother also had an appointment with him, and because her English isn’t strong, my sister accompanied her to explain the medical issue. I don't feel he is compassionate..very stern We, patients go to get some consoling and info on our issues, I was asked anything else as I went to add some related issues I'm having to the original, i was told let's not go overboard..I'm hesitatant go to him each time and I end up going Just not feeling it anymore. I feel it's like how quickly can I get you out of the office.. Very disappointing.. :(
So I made my first doctor's visit in 20 years (besides a stop at urgent care for pneumonia a month ago) today at my wit's end from chest pain which has been recurring for over a year now. When I asked if at the end he would be able to give me something (really, anything) after the testing he changed instantly, said I came in with some kind of plan, started asking me what I was looking for.
