Their rules don't make any sense. The earliest appointment they can give is June 12 and the authorization expires on June 10, insurance will not extend it cause it's a new authorization and there is enough time to schedule appointment. So they want me to request an extension now to just schedule the appointment OR wait until June than request extension but that time their earliest appointment could be again closer to the expiration date of the authorization.
