I can see I’m not the only one who can’t seem to reach their office and when I do I am greeted with cold insensitive receptionist. This office is supposed to handle emotionally sensitive patients. The worst service ever. Only with them since we were referred.
Support staff is absolutely cold and dismissive. Lack of scheduling competency and no empathy whatsoever. I hope for the Doctor's sake he finds a whole new support staff since he is such a great doctor and kind person.

I'm trying to call the doctor's office but their phones are not working
I was referred to the Santa Clarita office and called to schedule an appointment, later needing to reschedule due to ongoing health issues. This was only my second time rescheduling. During my phone interaction with Maria, I felt the communication was very insensitive and lacking empathy, and I was told the doctor would prefer I find another provider due to the rescheduling history.
