Wonderful communication throughout the transaction and one of the only brokers to follow-up on the day before and on closing day to make sure things are going smoothly or if anything else is needed. If anything is needed to speed things along with the lenders, they are on it right away because they have already done their due diligence. When lenders are being difficult they have solutions and keep everyone updated on the progress. Highly recommend.
