Very disappointed with my experience here. My initial visit was pleasant enough. We went through everything and I was told I was going to owe money in this preliminary calculation, which I figured would be true anyway. They said it would be verified and they’d let me know when it was ready. When I picked up my return, I was pleasantly surprised to see I was actually getting a refund.
