Explained i was in pain and had been for 5 years prior to being referred here for treatment, to which he kept saying he wasn't sure what I was there for and the only option was to do what I requested and had been referred there for, removing the nail. Yet still told me he wasn't sure why I was there so I stated "its hurt for 5 years and I would like it removed."
