Had my LASIK done yesterday and everyone was very nice and let you know everything that was happening before. The first day after the procedure was hard with the burning and light sensitivity but it was all normal and expected. This morning I woke up and I can see! It's really quite amazing since my contact and glasses prescription was a whopping -5.75! Be prepared to spend about 2 1/2 hours there the day of your surgery. What a great experience I had at The Rahmani Eye Institute! I was plagued with very bad astigmatism from a young age and couldn't see anything without glasses or contacts.
