I’ve never personally been to this doctor but for some reason, he and his team have constantly been texting my number thinking it’s one of the doctors of this office and giving away client information in these text messages which is a massive HIPAA violation. He spends time to find out all your needs! People get up set time wait, but he gets know and understand their needs!
I understand there’s a doctor shortage, but not having hours listed because they don’t have scheduled hours. They close when they decide to, I have to physically hand in my referrals to any place if it’s correctly written and find my own doctors. Again, I know times are rough, but lying to patients about closing for the day due to an emergency just to find out not even 15 minutes later that it was a complete lie (I called back to leave a voicemail, but a female receptionist answered surprisingly and she was confused and just... read more
Cameron is so rude that answers the phone. I don’t know now he got that job and gets to deal with patients!! He does not take the time to listen and just handed me off to some else named Nero!!
My first experience was not the best in this office feels like the staff doesn’t really care about the patients. It was a very slow process. My appointment was at 12 PM and I was out by 3 PM for a simple check up. The doctor was great once he finally got to my room, but did not appreciate taking this long.
