Rahman Mechanical promptly showed up, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the failed humidistat on the furnace humidifier when I called them. They were professional and friendly, from the initial contact to the completion of the job. They were also fairly priced.

11/28/25 Had water in my basement near the furnace. Rahman promptly sent a guy out… who shut my heat off and found ‘cracks’. (I was listening through the floor) Showed me pictures of ‘cracks’ in the 2nd stage. I had another guy come out saying “Well you can’t even get into the 2nd stage but I don’t see anything” I was still worried and with rebates and tax credits on the line I had this other guy do it. Today 12/31/25 I have the same puddle on my floor. I tore the ceiling tiles out of the way lo and behold here’s a leaking w... read more
