This doctor is a joke for a lack of better words. She is overloaded and doesn't have time for her patients. Yesterday at my 18 wk check up she came in and told my husband and I that our daughter had a cyst on her brain, we tried to ask questions but she didn't have time to elaborate. My husband left 4 messages with staff to speak with with the doctor after our appointment and she did not call back. We were left to worry. There office personnel is extremely rude and defensive. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all Was this provider helpful about using your insurance coverage? Somewhat Do you think this provider would be willing to pursue advice from other professionals if they run into a snag in your treatment? Maybe Does this provider treat their staff well? Mostly Do you feel like this provider's office is well staffed? Not really

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Dr. Mazarei took actions that resulted in the abortion of my unborn child. At 5 weeks I had some slight spotting, the u/s reported no fetal pole just a gestational sac. Dr. Mazarei diagnosed me with a potential blighted ovum and told me I could expect to miscarry. In my heart I felt it was too ealry to make that diagnoses but I trusted her opinion. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. This place I only went to after the first visit because I moved and was two weeks tell my due date and was almost impossible to get another doctor in time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? Yes, but they didn't push it too hard Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations
