Be aware, these lawyers run “Virtual Realty.” I imagine they are fantastic at tenant and landlord litigation because I have been asking for help with our leaking roof for 10 months. Handymen have been out several times for various bandaids since last June explaining more work needs to be done but all we get is rude responses from the property manager and roofers. We pay our rent w the expectation of a rain and mold free home. I’m not sure why these guys don’t take care of their properties (or tenants)
