This is the most wonderful butt doc I have ever scene, he is the best doctor that I have met that work for Norman regional period! He is all the way around a good individual with a great personality as well as his staff!
If I could leave negative stars I would. While I’ve never been his patient (thank god) this man showed up to my place of employment and screamed and yelled at the staff for what seemed like forever over a sedation policy we have no control over. He threatened to “make sure we don’t receive medical attention after 7pm” at Norman Regional which as a MD is wildly unprofessional and quite frankly scary? While I've been fortunate enough to never have come into contact with this man while in medical distress, I can't say the same for encounters "in the wild." I work as a veterinary technician at an animal urgent care clinic. Yesterday evening, a man brought in his pup with a fishhook stuck in its mouth approximately 30–40 minutes before closing. Haven’t seen the Dr, but his PA was great! Helped me more than words can describe. Update: I ended having a procedure and met the Dr. An awesome guy! Very patient and kind.
DO NOT USE this doctor. Dr Kahanda was one of the worst doctors we have seen in our medical journey. We came in for issues with an abcess and diverticulitis. We had previously been at another hospital, and were told we would need to go back to a hospital ASAP to get proper treatment.
