After having problem after problem with account activity and setting on accounts i was charged an over draft fee for fraud, returned the fraudulent charge money but kept the overdraft fee on an account that was set up for not being allowed to over draft. The bank teller had no problem closing my account over this and i’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
Great local credit union with friendly staff and great rates. Exactly what you are looking for in a credit union with a friendly personal touch.
I have banked with them for 38 years. Can't say enough good about them....credit unions are just non profit banks and the savings are passed on to you.
