Muy mala la parte administrativa. Nos dijeron que nuestra consulta no tenia costo y luego nos cobraron. Admitieron que era de ellos el error y sin embargo nos cobraron de todas formas. La parte medica estandard, no tengo nada que decir, ni bueno ni malo.

Good dr and excellent PA but awful staff. This was my final visit- not going to post what was done but theyre very unorganized and lie about their attempt to contact you. An “im sorry” does not suffice when dropping the ball on someone’s well being. Update 8/12- unfortunately continued coming to this Doctor and truly regret is. To day The staff is HORRIBLE is an understatement- Dr should close this practice and exclusively practice in sugarland or wherever else she divides her time.

Doctors are amazing along side there nurse practitioners, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. The reason for my low rate though is not due to doctors and nurses practitioners, but the receptionists there, I always call and I understand sometimes they may get busy but to to hang up on people and leave them on hold for long periods is unreasonable and honestly unethical. The doctor is great, but staff is unhelpful. I have been a patient for a couple years now and getting medication refills is nearly impossible. This week I have called 4 days in a row for refills and they still haven’t been sent to the pharmacy. Staff advises they are too busy to process my refills even though I am now out of meds. Looking for a new provider today!
