My PCP made a referral, I got 2 messages from the office over the course of a month. If you call back its a fax line. I know there is a long wait for an appointment, but there is noway to make one to even start the wait. No email no other way to contact
Pleasant enough, but then was told after the psych testing was completed, that he would call me, but instead he mailed me the test results without bothering to call me. Considering the gravity of the test results and the implications, this seems to be a violation of professional ethics, and another psychologist suggested reporting this to the state board, which I declined to do.
