I went in Rags to Riches on a whim. I walked out with my perfect (Davids Bridal) wedding dress. This dress seemed like it was made for me. Everyone said I looked like a porcelain doll in my beautiful dress. I agree! My wedding is over and I will now take my dress back on consignment so someone else will have beautiful everlasting photos and memories. Thank you once again for my memories... :)

I had to come in there and check it out. There was a lot to choose from and were quality. They are used dresses, but in excellent condition. I needed a dress for my brother's wedding. I bought it for 135 and was high quality dress. Bight red, roushing, little sequence, and had a train. I had to get it dried clean as it had couple spots. Which was no biggie. This dress was a statement as what i just needed..i will come backSoon to check out their cocktail dresses

Sure is funny to read all of these reviews I've been shopping at rags to riches since I was in eighth grade and I just finished my senior year at Woodhaven and I bought every single dress from them for my homecoming and my prom the owner couldn't have been any nicer to me! the quality of the dresses I've gotten have always been amazing and their seamstress is great. after im done with my dresses i take them back in too, they put them on consignment and when they sell i get a fair percent back! You can buy cheap prom dresses but only leave your dress on consignment for less than 60 days. We brought our daughter's prom dress to be sold under consignment. There was a sign on the door will be back in 10 minutes - we ended up waiting over 40 minutes with many other customers and we received a lame excuse someone was suppose to cover the store but did not come in. The consignment states we would only get 40%. We wanted the owner to sell the the prom dress for $250 so we would get $100 but she priced it at $200 indicatin... read more

Only reason I give one star is because I havee to. CLOSE THIS STORE. The lady was nice, but after I left I never got anything back. She jipt me 240! I gave my prom dress over a year ago now. Only reason I will ever go back is to get something back, otherwise I will not buy from there EVER again.

This place sucks! I took my prom dress and old homecoming dresses here so I could sell them. Well that was in like May of 2012. It's now July and I haven't heard anything from them yet. I understand thy may not have sold yet but when i call they answer and then I tell them my name and all that they put me on hold so they can "look it up" and they NEVER come back to the phone. Shop owner is slightly condescending and rude. I wanted to see if I could consign my dresses at the shop. First when I came in, she didn't get to me, who happened to be the only person waiting behind the counter. The phone was also ringing off the hook and she seemed to not notice. A young child behind the counter greeted me with a smile and I waited. She insulted the dresses I brought in fairly loudly and I honestly felt embarrassed. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The owner Tina cheated me out of money and lied. She's selling her items (for example, jeans) from $10-$17 and she basically gave me a $1 for each item and did not even tell me which items she kept! All she told me was she kept a couple items and they did not need any of the other items, when she really kept 8 of my items, 2 of which were brand new jeans with tags.
