I've used this company for over a year, and just had to discontinue using them. After continued issues with scheduling and rescheduling of normal time slots, as well as many issues with cleanings all of which I brought to Veronicas attention. Most recently I again brought concerns for items that were not cleaned repeatedly in my home to the attention of Veronica. I spoke to Veronica and decided on a date and time for her to clean my house a few days later. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! I'm very disappointed!
