The answering service is horrible. My dad's feet are leaking fluid and when I called the a hole from the answering service stated uh is this an emergency because the office is closed, then proceeded to put me on hold. Are you for real right now???? It's Saturday I know if the office is closed and yes my dad's foot is leaking fluid while being on lasixs. Then finally got back on the phone and with an attitude took my info and my dad's and then was like ok and hung up. The answering service is so rude and u professional.
Neglectful. Takes days to weeks to get a phone call back, results, always left with unanswered questions. Will mix medications that have serious interactions without disclosing to patient. Do not recommend.
