Tried to make an appointment but can't get staff to return my call.
I saw Dr Pulluru for some shoulder pain and he correctly and promptly diagnosed it as AC joint arthritis and treated me with a steroid injection which has worked very well. I had asked about surgery for it and he was appropriately conservative about this and said i may not need this for awhile. I am a physician myself and would have no reservations about Dr Pulluru operating on me at some point which will likely happen down the road based on my experience with my other shoulder. Dr. Pulluru was kind and patient. He conducted a thorough examination. My only complaint is that all I was offered was pain management remedies rather than a referral to the correct specialist dealing with nerve issues. Personally, I think it’s important to ascertain the root cause of pain and address that, rather than prescribing pharmaceuticals which simply mask the pain.
Dr. Pulluru was outstanding. He was attentive, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. I feel like my recovery will be excellent because of him and the staff.
Dr. Pulluru is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon. His passion and attention to detail is second to none. Dr. Pulluru and his staff are a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend my family or friends to consult with him.
