As an Internal Medicine / Geriatrics specialist, & as a PCP, I believe that 24/7 AVAILABILITY is most important. I am available by phone all the time, no matter what or where. Even when I am out of town, I am available by phone / email for all my patients. I follow patients in Del Webb and Boswell hospitals in addition to my 2 office locations (Sun City and Sun City West), and multiple Rehabs and long term care centers in the area. I call back my patients within a few minutes for urgent matters.

My father has been seeing Dr Mohindra and Helen Paslay for a while now, and I’ve been seeing Helen myself for some months. The two of them, plus the incredible office staff (I’m up in Prescott), is truly exemplary. They even call my father occasionally (he’s in his late 80s) just to check how he’s doing with everything. I have honestly never experienced such an all-around terrific group of medical people before. They are a model for everyone else.
Needless to say I brought my mother to pdx. The one star reviews say it all.. Happened to my mom. She needed emergency gall bladder removal. He dismissed her telling him she saw something ib the toilet, STONES. Put her back on the water pill the ER hospital took her off of due to KIDNEY FAILURE (another issue for edema) RUN..
I’ve been going to Dr. Mohindra for well over five years now… He is the most caring doctor I have ever encountered… He’s genuine, he’s compassionate, and does what is best for his patients always! You’ll never find another doctor that really wants to do right by us patients...He is one of my heroes, and a blessing... between my cancer related illnesses, my diabetes, severe pancreatitis attack, I know I am always in good hands with Dr. Mohindra and have peace of mind…
I am almost 80 and have had a lot of problems. I have also dealt with a vast array of doctors. Dr. Mohyndra was a find! He is by far the best doctor I have dealt with in my lifetime. He is personable, efficient and very sharp. He is very available as I have discovered when I needed him twice with no notice. I cannot give him enough accolades due to space limitations. I recommend him without conditions.

My mom went for a chronic cough to the Prescott office. Had a blood test taken, EKG in the office, give a bunch of free inhalers and then sent to get a chest x-ray. Next appt. doctor flew in, looked at results and said she needed to be on a nebulizer and ran out. Never suggested to see a Pulmonologist. Just gave her more medicine. Angiogram appts were scheduled. They were all cancelled and no one ever called to re-schedule them. They were to quick to put on medications without future testing.
After he was established it was not uncommon to wait an hour.
We went to Dr Mohindra for three years. At first he was a great doctor then as time went on he became more interested in his income than his patients. He was spending less than 3 minutes in the exam room. I went in as I thought I had an ear infection feeling lousy. He spent 3 minutes with me ordering a nurse to give me 2 injections & a prescription. Then had me do a stress test & ordered 4 unrelated tests to be done. In the end I had an abcessed tooth. Changed doctors within a month.
Love this doctor he listens and if you're sick gets you in right away. He has help me lose 187 pounds a nd off all my medicine.
