We have a 6 year old HVAC unit and have had Rager under a service contract for 3 years (since we purchased the home) and they have never been out to service the unit that there was not something wrong with it. The last visit a couple of years ago the diagnosed that the indoor coil was defective and would cost $3000 to replace -- the unit is only 6 years old.
