When I called Rager Heating & Cooling, I didn’t know what to expect since the heat index had been over a 100 the week before. I knew they were probably backed up. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She gave me a time range that a serviceman could be at my home that day and he was right on time. Great team with quick and friendly service. Isaac came out and quickly helped get my HVAC back in working order. He was very gracious when I didn't answer the door and accidentally locked him out of the house during the visit, so bonus points for dealing with me.
Our technician, Isaac, was very professional and communicated clearly what was needed. He was efficient and very pleasant. We have had Rager since moving into our home 9 years ago and we would recommend them to all who are looking for HVAC professionals.
