Absolute garbage! HOA is useless! They do no upkeep with the property, only harass the residents. Terrible place to live, avoid at all costs!

Rage property management HOA is ran by a click of people who love the power in the subdivision. It is ridiculous what some are allowed to do and others get violated and harassed. Before you buy and or rent most definitely look into the property mgmt reviews and the HOA committee. This Rage is doing everything they can to move me out it is clearly been noticed and observed. So either get in or get out is how Rage property mgmt works.
The absolute WORST people to have as an association. Worst human beings in general. *** **** is a bully! He harasses people and thrives off of causing distress in peoples lives and to those that live where he manages. ******** is one to follow as well. Worst people!! Do NOT move in to anywhere *** manages as he will do his best to ruin your life. Thats just what miserable people do. ***t believe BBBs A+ review. *** ****** done that to fool you.

terrible people all they do is sit in the office and complain about everything they can I would not recommend at all unless u wanna get harassed everyday by a woman who stays in the office

Board Member Assaults Community Members – The members of the board are dishonest. One board member robs the washing and drying machines blind. He never has a witness when taking money out of the machines. He now pleads guilty to assault given 6 months supervision, 350 dollar fine and anger management classes. Read it in the Courier News. The people of Tyler Towers have no control over this bully.
