Horrible experience. Amenities that were promised at the downtown location last June are still not provided. When I complained about it I was told, "You can just go to the Kingsley location." From my house, it is 9 miles to Kinsley while the downtown location is less than 2. When I mentioned this, I was told, "It is on our to-do list." And the contract I had that was month-to-month was suddenly a two-year agreement I had to pay to get out of. Please avoid.
