Miracle was our cleaner and she was friendly and professional. I gave her a quick tour of house and then left to go back to work. When I got home at end of day she was just finishing up and everything looked great! She took the time to clean every bathroom (we have 3) until they shined, all floors were cleaned and even the fronts of the appliances were clean and shiny. When the challenge is too much for a single person to manage, call Rag Mops! Hayley, Cara, Miracle and Taylor were on time and worked tirelessly to coordinate the entire house project and it was no easy task. I appreciated their time management skills and attention to detail(s). The final outcome was excellent, and I will not hesitate to schedule their services again. Thank you.
The cleaning was generally good in the areas they focused on. The two individuals took about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the task, including the garage blow. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to oversee their work the entire time as I had other tasks to attend to. Personally, I feel there were some areas for improvement. Here are a few points I noticed: I have a total of 8 working tables (60" x 18") in my house, with 5 of them being completely empty. However, I didn’t see them cleaning or even touching these tables.
