Changed price when arrived (or refused to do the work quoted over the phone, despite me offering all details well in advanced). We were counting on this and it caused a major headache. Did a terrible job with concrete filler to plug oil vent hole in foundation (dark black concrete filler on light color foundation, and way to much of it, also not smooth or uniform). Excellent . Phil was very fair priced, excellent job installing the new tank and removing the old one. Left the site cleaned and went over everything done. Would highly recommend him.
