The team at Rafters Square has always been willing to listen, flexible, and understanding. They really go the extra mile for their tenants. They are very quick to fix problems and fix them right the first time. Lots of notice before they need access to your apartment to replace filters or simple maintenance and willing to work around your work/sleep schedule. I rent an apartment from them, which is not my ideal situation. They said there was laundry facilities on the complex, there is one for many to share. However, wonderful, helpful and kind owners. There is no credit/debit card or online payment option, unless you set up bill-pay from your bank.
