This has been a great place to live and the staff is extremely helpful and always willing to help you out. Ashley and her team are extremely attentive and helps answer any questions you may have. Going into my third year living here and it's been the best decision I have made to stay. Amenities are great and the place is always clean. Couldn't be happier
Its true ashley is rude her ego is unreal, looked into this place but the way she talked to my girlfriend, im happy to say we found another place where the property manager actually treats you like a human. Rafter wont get anywhere with ashley at the realm. and the owners/management company wont do anything about it
What a complete nightmare from the beginning to the end. Any and everything that could go wrong did. What made it worse was the condescending manager Ashley. Lots of incorrect billing and maintenance needs not handled professionally and kindly by her. Instead of treating everyone the same, she weeds out her unwanted residents by hitting them with a huge rent increase upon lease renewal. If You're Not Filthy Rich, Don't Rent Here Living at The Rafter is one long overpriced scam wrapped in granite countertops. The rent is already sky high, but just wait, the real money is in the hidden fees. Want to park? That will be 180 dollars a month. Want your friend to park for two hours? Thirty bucks. Yes, thirty dollars for guest parking. I have been to actual luxury hotels with better policies. Then there is the constant barrage of mandatory projects they hit you with.
