I went to apply for this apartment online at the price that was listed online and I called to ask a question about the fees that were listed and the property manager Ashley met me with rude behavior and told me the pricing was incorrect and immediately up'd the listed rent by over 1,000 dollars. I’ve lived in this community for four years, and while I’ve loved the space itself, I’m incredibly disappointed in the behavior of the property manager, Ashley. It’s not just my experience — several residents I know, including three people I personally referred here, have had the same issues. I was very interested. Then, when I submitted an inquiry, an AI assistant masquerading as a person reached out to me and ignored everything I requested, contacted me endlessly, and didn’t answer questions I asked it. Just a continuation of the theme of automating/replacing human interaction.
