Ms Sara and Mr Hasan have assisted me on separate occasions and have always been so kind, helpful, patient and pleasant. They truly care about you. The best customer service you can find anywhere honestly (and that’s really hard to find these days). Thank you for being amazing and we’ll see you soon again!
I had a great experience! My diamond ring needed a new claw prong and I brought it to Rafidain, where a technician looked at it and quoted me $90 (after being quoted nearly $400 at another jewellery shop). The service was fast and wonderfully done. I will definitely come back if I need any jewellery repairs in the future!
