I had a 1:30 appointment and it's now 2:00, I’m sitting in the waiting room with no updates, no check-ins, and no sign that anyone is aware or concerned about the delay. My time is valuable, especially since I scheduled this during my limited lunch break. It’s extremely frustrating to feel like your time doesn’t matter, A little communication would go a long way

I’m fairly new to AZ. On the radio I would hear all the advertisements and see billboards, so when I was in an accident I didn’t hesitate to call them. I’m so glad I did. From the first phone call to the last one, I felt like they listened and they heard me. That’s a difference. I can hear someone but not necessary listening to them. Well I felt both and they responded like I was someone and not just a check. I’m happy for my experience.
