Terrible do not use them
They never update your calls or keep you informed about your case. It's a lie that they help you with the fixes on your car. They leave you alone to fight with the insurance company. And most importantly, you never have a lawyer. All those who assist you are paralegals, not lawyers. They still not resolve my case is been 6 months. But they what to use my insurance to cover my expenses.
Please avoid. I have a case with them and now I am stuck because they are able to place a lien on any case. This feels like outright bullying from people who are supposed to uphold the law, not weaponize it against their own clients. Their communication is hostile, unprofessional, and designed to scare rather than resolve issues fairly. In my experience, this firm prioritizes squeezing money out of clients over ethical practice. Highly recommend steering clear.
Horrible. Shared my accident details and how I have extensive health issues and she kept saying I was wrong and ran the light and that it’s not possible for a light rail operator to run a light. That’s not true. This company is in validating of people that have been in horrible accidents. Do not reach out to them. Embarrassing.
