I visited the Rolex store twice in Yorkdale Mall with my son. On both occasions, they refused to let us in at 6 o'clock, stating they were closing. They explained that for security reasons, they couldn't allow us entry, which felt discriminatory. We were barred from entering the store, and the woman standing by the door with the officer was of Indian descent. Was August 19 a Monday? The mall closes at 9 pm.

I had a very positive experience at Raffi jewellers. Farhang was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, offering helpful guidance. After dropping off my fiancée’s ring for cleaning, we stopped in to look at watches together. Brian greeted us warmly and took the time to share the history and development behind each piece I was interested in. Our time together flew by. He brought out a couple of pieces for me to try on and I was blown away by the two-tone GMT.
