If you have more than 90 minutes to spare while these people give your car a Tyre rotation and oil change then this is the place for you. And this was supposed to be an appointment for a rapid service! Go elsewhere - I certainly will.

So I get home from looking at a 25 Limited XT at another dealership, and about 20 minutes later I get a phone call from Rafferty Subaru. They were one of the dealerships I originally contacted. I answered the phone and it was Claire. I told her that I found a vehicle I plan to purchase, and she said let me send you a quote. The service team at Rafferty is excellent! We were in town for an event from about 2 hours away. We broke down and chose to have our vehicle towed to Rafferty instead of the shop that was recommended, and we're so glad we did. Our service advisor Soliman went above and beyond our expectations. He was understanding, courteous and professional. He got us back on the road faster than expected on a Saturday afternoon!
