I’ve dealt with many dealerships and their staff, but I don’t know if it was this dealership as a whole or just the salesperson. He was not the friendliest person. The first thing he said was, “I’m busy with other customers,” without even greeting my wife and me. I bought my 2021 Crosstrek from Rafferty Subaru in Sept 2020. As my extended warranty was going to expire at the end of this month, I contacted the finance department at Rafferty to ask for some options and estimates. Darren, from the finance team was super helpful and I did end up purchasing an additional warranty for the next 3 years. The car is fine, more than fine, not a single problem in the 5 years I've driven her. I have been bringing my Subarus to Rafferty on and off for the last 30 years, but have never left a review - until now. Soliman - my service advisor for this visit - was so incredibly patient, supportive, and kind that I had to leave a review. I’ve never had a service advisor advocate for me so thoroughly before - He truly went above and beyond.
