Service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and patient.
This month was State Inspection month, and this year we needed 4 new tires. We trust Rafferty with getting the correct brand and a manageable price for our Crosstrek. We also appreciate the free 21 point inspection so we can be alerted of any mechanical items that need attention over and above the State's safety code. Such an easy time buying my new car here. Worked with Alex who made everything so much easier. Very easy to work with the finance department. Didn't expect to drive my new subaru home the same day but they were able to give me a deal that was too good to pass up.
All members of the service center were polite and helpful. Waiting area was clean. Had warrantee work done.
I had some major problems with my 2013 Outback. I don't want to get into the details but my car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks. Greg my service advisor set me up with with one of their loaners. He kept me updated on the status of my repair. Great job Greg! I highly recommend if you have major repair issue let Rafferty mechanics do the work. Trustworthy and high quality work. Alan
