Working with Mike was a pleasure. Everything was done as described with attention to detail. It is hard to find a company with integrity in this world but Rafferty Coatings is that company. Thanks again Mike and employees of Rafferty Coatings.
Had roof painted for double the price when it was done 10 years ago, but thought it was just inflation. Had it done again using Rafferty this time and it started peeling a month later and also began leaking 6 months later. Roof looks worse than before it was done. Guy marked up materials WAY over and still it peeled. Would NOT recommend. Spend your money elsewhere. Terrible work. Ripoff
Very glad to have found this excellent company with a quality owner that is filled with pride and integrity, a rarity the days. UPDATE: They're coating did not work and my roof still leaked like a sieve. Mike said he would come out and that never happened. Maybe it was that my roof was too far gone and was beyond service. So if Mike had been a straight up guy, he would have passed and told me that and not taken my $2600.00. Man, talk about turning a great review into ripoff status.

Had Mike and 4 other companies come out to price painting our old farmhouse metal roof. Mikes price was competitive and after a call we settled on an approximate start date weather permitting... they did the roof and shutters in a day and a half. Roof looked great after painting, but started to flake a bit after the first year. When I let Mike know, he said he had another customer with the same issue on that lot of coating. He was out the next weekend to fix and it looks great. Would highly recommend, very easy to work with.
