Do NOT buy their products!!! They truly suck! Bought a lift chair in August of 2017 for my grandfather. It's now April 2018 and we have been through 2 remotes for the chair... the 2nd one just died and they refuse to do anything about it. We only had this remote since January 25th 2018. We had to pay for this remote in order to have it replaced.... in 2 months it went bad. We will never buy their products again and we will spread the word to family, friends and social media to never buy from them.
Dont use their products!!! I had a Franklin Furniture Sectional the couch that caught on fire it had all the bells and whistles the lighting system came from them - THAT IS THE ORIGIN OF THE FIRE and my couch caught on fire November 17 - and this company assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR PRODUCT!!!! EVEN AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS BY ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY TO DO SO!!!
