I hired them as a subcontractor, it’s became apparent very quickly the owner is unable to read plans and is unreliable when committing to scheduling. While they might be ok for residential work. I would never hire them for any commercial work. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional.
Speaking from a general contractor perspective, do not work with this company. They do not adhere to scheduling, it’s become painfully obvious they can’t read prints/plans. Incredibly unprofessional. He will throw others under the bus for his incompetence.
Just watched one of your van drivers driving down the road texting at full speed. Very bad business representation!
Had a leaky bathtub drain that ate through the ceiling drywall on the floor below. Rob from Raffa came by quickly, figured out the issue in no time, and knocked the job out in less than an hour without making a mess. Pricing and service was great, and Rob was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
